Reaching the cabin is simple and part of the charm of staying in this quiet mountain neighborhood. The roads throughout Shenandoah Gap are gravel and well maintained, and the drive in gives you a peaceful introduction to the wooded setting. The neighborhood is calm and rural, so you may want to take your time and enjoy the scenery as you make your way to the property. The posted speed limit is 15 miles per hour. The area is quiet and spread out, so you will need a vehicle to get around to nearby attractions, including the national park, local wineries, Luray, and other popular spots in the Shenandoah Valley. The drive is peaceful, scenic, and a natural part of the mountain experience.
